Kind Words from a Kind Man
I just wanted to write to say that I just got a letter in the mail. Well, actually it's a card, but needless to say that doesn't matter. It is from the Vet Clinic, well from the Vet that I was working with to see what could be done:
Here's the letter:
Dear ..........
I am very sorry that Zeus is gone. I know how much he was loved and how much he'll be missed. I know you made the right decision. Please take care.

Now isn't that the nicest thing? I sent him a thank you card this afternoon. I can't believe how awesome he is. I'll never see another vet again. :-)

That is really nice of him. It's amazing how something so simple can be so meaningful.
I'm lucky that my vet always "oooos & ahhs" over Storm. Some places won't even see pits.
Yeah, that vet loves them too. It's good to know that.
Hey about that doctor, I think he is one of my buddies from high school. He should be about 31 or 32 now. I just googled his name but I can't find any other info on him. my email is mike31bell@yahoo.com.

Dr. Jason Gerena works in London, Ontario at Northdale Animal Hospital. This clinic is located on Adelaide Street. I would personally never take any of my dogs there. It is far over priced and in all honesty, there are more vets out there who send the cards after your animal passes. Northdale often just sends "you did the right thing" or "sorry for your loss."
Every vet who works in that clinic does the same thing. A friend of mine is a client there. He has already switched to my veterinarian and noticed how much lower the prices are and how much more caring the staff are.

CHEAPER?? Just wondering if you would choose your own health care based on the fact that it was the 'cheapest'? Come on people, cheaper = cutting costs. Would you pick a $50 flat screen...unlikely. A $200 one....maybe. But, when most are priced at $500...kinda makes you wonder about the quality of the $50 one doesn't it.
Pick a vet you TRUST and LIKE and RESPECT, for you're family (your pets remember!) not because they are the cheapest. Dr. Jason Gerena is a great vet AND reasonably priced.
